When I try that it says: "feattransp.pdf Missing - Please add this PDF to your iPad. IGigbook does not provide PDF content.
And:
The Manage Index Settings at my.igigbook.com has a tick mark on the line "+$ Transpose Book Feature" down at the bottom of page 4.

When I sync and try the "NBB-T Index Request" the answer is: "New Bob Book - Transpose" Index Request - Index Aldready Present".

Feattransp.pdf does not appear in the Igigbook files at the Ipad. Also it does not appear in the Mega files, seen from the iPad.

I have the three bonus files at the Mega files (seen from the iPad)
But not indexable with "NBB-T Index Request"

There are more than 20 tick marks ind the Igigbook files - but only three accessible from the index: "Bach Cello Suites", "New Bob Book - Transpose" and "The Public domain Christmas..."

Stop syncing and stop trying "NBB-T Index Request", you already have the index and the PDF linked to it.

feattransp.pdf is something that is downloaded from our server, not MEGA. If you aren't connected to the internet while selecting that thumbnail the PDF will not download to your device.

None of this has anything to do with the issue you are having.

Admittedly, it's been a long while since I did this, but I wonder if it might work if you click on "Buy Feature" (i.e., the green link) instead of the "Feature Not Present" image.

I seem to be close to getting the new bob book indexed. But not close enough! I have the 691 page pdf in my unindexed scores and whenever I try to link it to the indexed scores page all seems to well until I try to open a single score when I get variations on the message there are pages missing from this score please check you have the correct pdf. I have deleted all the versions and downloaded a fresh version from the mega page but I end up in the same cycle.
Can anyone help? Thanks
