I seem to be close to getting the new bob book indexed. But not close enough! I have the 691 page pdf in my unindexed scores and whenever I try to link it to the indexed scores page all seems to well until I try to open a single score when I get variations on the message there are pages missing from this score please check you have the correct pdf. I have deleted all the versions and downloaded a fresh version from the mega page but I end up in the same cycle.

What index did you attempt to link the downloaded PDF to? What was the file name of the PDF you downloaded?

The book I downloaded was named New Bob Book - Transpose. I tried to link it to New Bob Book - Transpose thanks for asking.

Are you saying you downloaded tnbbtrans.pdf?

No idea. It appears in my iGigBook book app as new bob book transpose. I just went back to mega and tried to download again. This time the title you mention is there but download requires a password.

In order for you to have to the index "New Bob Book - Transpose" in your Book List View you had to do the following:

1. Download tnbbtrans.pdf
2. Request the index "New Bob Book - Transpose"

You did these steps and we have confirmed that. We don't understand why you are downloading the file again, that's not necessary. Send us an email with a screen capture of your Book List View clearly showing the item "New Bob Book - Transpose".

Looking at the thumbnail for “New Bob Book – Transpose”, you have linked the PDF for the index “The New Bob Book Rev 6" to the index. That’s never going to work. The PDF’s aren’t interchangeable and it’s clearly the PDF for the index “The New Bob Book Rev 6", which is why it isn’t working.

I would review the 1st post in this thread and take a look at the video at the 6 second mark to see what the thumbnail should look like.

I use my New Bob Book transpose with iGig virtually everyday. The last time I used it was two days ago. Since then it has completely disappeared. I didn't do anything funny to it. The whole book is just gone. The title is grayed out by every single tune and I am instructed to download the PDF. I did that a couple of years ago and remember that it was complicated, but I really don't know where to start.

I checked the content manager, and it shows a checkmark, meaning the book is active. All the music from that book is gone, however, so I'm not sure how to proceed. What do I do to get the content back?
