Password protected error

Tonight while playing I tried to pull up an imported pdf that I have been playing from for several months. Today is said “pdf password protected” even though it is not and has never been. I also purchased a pdf from sheet music direct this evening and upon trying to open, I got the same error. I ended up taking a screen shot and importing from my photos. Which is a pain. Also extremely inconvenient when taking requests. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you send us a screen capture of the message and a copy of that PDF?

I’m not sure where to send it, but after searching, it’s many PDF files from sheetMusic-free.com. Strangest thing is if I try to open it from “my scores” this error comes up for all PDF files from them. However, if I have it in a set list, it opens.
