The Berklee Real Book Index

Hello, I am looking for the index for "The Berklee Real Book". This book just came out. I notice that this book appears in the list of indexes on this page (it's number 50 and has the code tberkleerb):

viewtopic.php?p=10#p10

however it does not show up as one of the options when I try to activate it by logging on to "my.igigbook.com". Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, we know they do not make a PDF available, this index is for individuals who either extracted the PDF from the digital edition or scanned the paper book which is a trivial matter if you own a sheet feed scanner like the Fujitsu SnapScan IX500. The IX500 can scan 50 pages duplex at a time and has a speed of about 25 pages a minute.

That's not something we have information on. We scan the physical book.

I now have another issue. Suddenly I cannot access content manager. I get a message that says, “401 Not authorized.”

I logged out and signed in again. That seems to have worked.
