Some indexes missing

I imported many pdfs into iGigBook. I checked off the proper items at my.igigbook.com. I synched while logged into my account. Most of the books got pulled into "Book List." However, several of the books didn't go out of "my scores". Interestingly, these same books don't show up as grayed out (nor as blue) in song searches (for songs that are in those books) and there are no icons in "book list" for them saying "pdf not present." These very same books all work fine on my other ipad. The books are 557standrd.pdf, jazzltd.pdf, jfakebk.pdf, lmjazz.pdf, realbk4h.pdf, realbk5h.pdf, realxmasbk.pdf, The Book.pdf tnbobbook.pdf. It's as if iGigBook doesn't even recognize that these books are normally indexed in iGigBook. Any suggestions?

Some observations you may want to look into...
1. As of this post "557Jazz Standards", "Real Book Vol IV" are marked as inactive in the Content Manager and would never appear in the Book List View.
2. The last time you synced with the iGigBook server was 03-25-2025.
3. This information only applies to this user name, if you created others and are logged into the app with one of those user names, please let us know.

Thanks for your quick response. I oversimplified, which turns out to have confused the situation. It is not actually my second iPad, it is a friend's iPad, which is a different account (user name mikeigigx). Everything I mentioned in my post applies to his iPad and account. All of these books work fine on my iPad, so I don't understand why I can't get them to work on his iPad.

Until this person sends us an email outlining the problem or posts a message on this forum, we aren't looking into this any further.

You haven't synced with the iGigBook server since 5/13/2025. Try syncing, if you're still having issues post a screen shot of your Book List View.
