Linking multiple books to one index

I was following this link: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=408
to try and link a Bb realbook to my original C realbook index. (I checked that the page offsets matched).
When I selected the Bb book in the scores list and picked "Link to Index", it brought up a list of indexes, but not the Realbook index. It was only offering me indexes that didn't have pdf's linked already. Is there a way around that? I had the book named correctly (to match the codes).

Using "Classic Real Book" as an example.

Let's say in My Scores I have a PDF file named RealBook5thEd.pdf, press and hold on the file name and then select "Link To Index" from the menu, I have now linked that PDF to the "Classic Real Book" index. Now if I have a Bb version of that PDF, all I need to do is rename that PDF to crealbk1_bb.pdf and it will also be linked to the "Classic Real Book" index without me having to do anything more. To access the Bb book, I use the key icon to transpose.

Once you have renamed the file you don't have to do anything else.
