Sharing a set list where some tunes not in an indexed book

I am trying to share a set list where some of the tunes they’re in are not in an index book, but rather our standalone PDFs in my scores. I got it to work once but now what I thought was that method doesn’t seem to work at least not consistently. I would use the export function and choose separate PDFs and then ask the recipient to import those PDFs to their my score section that way when they open the set list I’ve sent them. They should appear just like they do on my iPad. Isn’t that correct?

From the Gig Set View you can share your set list along with the music by email or by "Air Drop" or to another app.

The export function in My Scores is for single file export.

OK, maybe I wasn’t clear. Yes I use the Share by email often, however, that creates one single PDF with all the various tunes in it. What I need is to send a set list which includes separate PDFs for each tune.

The export Function I was referring to is the set List export from gig set view (not my scores). One of the choices that pops up when you choose this option is “Music as multiple PDFs”. So when you choose that option, then it will export as separate PDFs each item from the set list which is not in an indexed book with each tune as its own separate PDF, but, this only creates separate PDFs for sending from the items in the set list which are not in an indexed book. So then when the recipient gets the email or text with these separate PDFs of unindexed tunes, they then import those PDFs into their my score section and then when they open the associated igigbook set list file, then those tunes display in recipient’s gig set view. So it’s a nice feature, but it does not seem to work consistently and also it would be nice if the separate PDFs generated that way also included the rest of the tunes on the set list that are in an indexed book. (Because not everybody has igig book and so sometimes you want to send that person all of the tunes, but not as one giant PDF, but where each tune is its own separate PDF so then they can import them into whatever app they’re using. That would be a nice feature or maybe there’s a way to do that and I just haven’t discovered it? I suppose you could export each tune separately, one at a time and send the person 20 emails or 20 texts, but that’s the only other way I can see to do that? As far as two device to device, that sounds interesting, but doesn’t the other device have to be nearby? Can’t really do that when the person is some miles away. Or am I missing something?
