I would like to get a refund on this app purchase. It was suppost to have thousands of free jazz and holiday music but there is nothing. Please let me know how to contact the developers email

If you are using an iPad and have purchased iGigBook and have registered, which you have, there should be two items in the Book List view.

Jazz Chord Charts - Transpose
Holiday Chord Charts - Transpose

If they do not appear in you Book List view, you may just need to press the sync button at the upper right of the Book List view.

I have the same annoying problem,just purchased igig book and iGB index
Very pretty and all but nothing works except Bach suites and some demos....Not good....
I've tried everything to attempt to upload songs on my iphone 4S and....nothing,
It's very annoying and time consuming,i buy a book then i want to read it right away not go toggle between that app and internet to try configure....
I would appreciate some help in resolving this matter or i'm definitely NOT keeping that app

How many PDF files did you copy to the iGigBook documents folder? You mention that you bought a book, how did you buy that book? If you use an app to buy a book on your device, you can only use that book with the app that you purchased it with. I'd love to help you, have you worked through the "Six Easy Steps For iGigBook Success" outlined here?

I have been trying on and off for months to find how to purchase .pdf versions of those collections for which you have indexes. What is the big secret? I cannot find anywhere how to buy these. The sites that promise free downloads make me nervous as they may convey viruses. Please help. I can only get so much enjoyment from looking at the Bach cello suites! Very confusing!

I can't get transposables to work. Why is your index titled jazz12001p.pdf when the book title is jazz1200.pdf?

my friend has shared an index with me yet it doesn't show up in my Content Mgr anywhere. even in the indexes shared with me section

jazz12001p.pdf is the name of a file. "Jazz Chord Charts - Transpose" is the index entry that you should be able to see in your Book List View, do you see this entry in your Book List View?
