Real Book Vol II, 2nd Ed

I have the above mentioned book (Bb) loaded and indexed using the "automatic" index realbk2hbb. All of the pages line up, but I'm noticing there are some composers missing (e.g. All Alone, Azure, etc.) Is there an updated index, or have I done something wrong? Thank you.

Yes a number of the composers have "N/A" for that index and it is the current index. Unfortunately, there's no date on when that will be corrected.
